Nothing happen if we do IISreset from command prompt. IT happen on
Windows 2003 std. edt. (ver 5.2) server with SP1. kaspersky AV is
running on it. Even after stoping AV it does not work. But i am able
to restart it from services. User has Admin rights. Please help.
