I am on D7. I am calling
with vdt = 26th jan 2019 or 43491 to be precise
DecodeDate(vdt,y,m,d);
gives me:
y=2019
m=65531
d=26
which is clearly a bit out m should be 1.
Is this a known bug, or just my pc / copy of Delphi
