Dear friends,
In my application I get some packets with GMT time and convert it to my
local time. how?
for example when my system's clock is 14:34 and my TimeZone is GMT+2:00 ,
I get packets with timestamp of 12:34 that is in GMT time. how can I convert
it to my local time?
