Given that I know the ID of a process, how can I program to find the name of
the user that owns that process?
Although having multiple users simultaneously logged on may not be the usual
situation, it is probably far from rare.
When walking through the Windows process/task list, one may need to ignore
those processes that do not belong to the current user.
