hi,

A big problem throghout my whole life as a Delphi developer ( since 1999 )
was the fact that debug information was stripped out of delphi vcl
packages, and spotting and tracing of bugs was very difficult.
Is this problem solved?
Does the punk that decided to compile without debug info still work at
Borland? Does that punk ever tried to use packages for a project more than
100 lines?
If this problem is not solved, I must say, I will try to develop all my
future project with Visual Studio .net from Microsoft. Developing with
Delphi for .NET is like trying to drive a Ferrari made in Bangladesh.
Delphi is still very interesting for me, for developing native Win32 apps.
The move to NET is a big mistake for Delphi. You didn't solve big bugs in
Delphi win32, and you thought you could build " a better IDE for .NET"?
How much crazy guys still work there? Is not surprizing that Heijlsberg left
the ship?

Best regards
