Applications compiled under Delphi 2005 (Update 2) no longer work in
Windows 95 because SyncObjs now includes a call to
MsgWaitForMultipleObjectsEx, which wasn't introduced until 98 and NT4.
Was Windows 95 support officially dropped in Delphi 2005?
