I don't know how to express this in a google search / NG filter etc.  I
have had a scout about and can't find it.

I basically want something I can embed in webpages to launch local
content, but won't be putting local paths in.  So in the webpage I
would have "localstore:docs/sipp/Chapman/someDocument.doc" and this
would launch my app that would action the request.

Any pointers / components?
