Sometimes (for reasons I can't figure out) I spot ntvdm.exe running as a
child process of my Delphi 7 application running in Vista.
Does anyone have any insight into why this might be happening, or a way I
could disable ntvdm.exe so it would fail while testing so we can see how
often and when it's being launched?
