Urgent: enable access for all users

Hi,

   On a machine with more than one user,  my software is installed by an
administrator. The problem is that, only the administrator can use the
software but other users cannot.  When general  users  want to execute my
program, a file access error occurred. Besides, my program need to access
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, but I am not sure whether it will cause the file access
error.

   How can I solve the problem?    Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
