Hi,
How to determine if the text reading order of the current version of MS
windows is right-to-left?
Side question: I'm using Outlook Express 6 to read the newsgroup, but I
can't find a way to download all the message archieve of a specific
newsgroup, e.g. borland.public.delphi.nativeapi.win32, but can only download
the latest 300 messages only. Why?
