run as admin?

Hello all,

I'd like to withdraw admin rights to users on a large number of PC's.

Nevertheless, these users should occasionally install software
updates and I don't want to tell them the administrator password.

My idea is to write an installer tool that can launch setups using
the admin account.

My question: Given that I know the admin username and
password, how can I implement "run as" functionality myself?
