I have noticed that when copying large files with CopyFileEx in, Windows
Vista, using the progress routine callback parameter, there seem to be less
callbacks than in Windows 2000 or XP.
Allthough the file copies just as fast, it seems to the user that the file
is copying quite slowly.
Has anyone else noticed this? I don't know if there's anything I can do
about it. I don't think there is any way to reduce the copy chunk size.
