Is there an api which allow us to create new window (available/visible in
the window task bars) in the same thread/process
May be similar with what they do in Internet Explorer, if we browse in new
window, the process is still one, though it creates new window.
Unless we open a window by calling iexplore.exe then, new process/thrad
created
