I see from QC6526 that the parameters for GetCharacterPlacementW are wrong
in Delphi 7. It give the workaround and states that the lpClass parameter in
the GCP_RESULTSW structure should remain as a PAnsiChar.

In Delphi 2006 where this problem has supposedly been fixed the lpClass
parameter is defined as a PWideChar.

Which is correct?
