"System" account to run the service under

OK, it looks like LocalSystem account doesnt have the complete access
to networking (well, it does on my XP machine but not on others...still not
sure whats
wrong with this...)

So what other "system" account i should set the service to run under to
avoid
a need to have administrative user logged in?
