Hello all,

I am working on a small script (*.js) that performs some database
maintenance,
and I would like to produce some screen output during this lengthy
operation.

Unfortunately Microsoft's scripting languages do not offer any screen
output
(except for "wshshell.popup") as far as I can see. I can write to text
files, but
not to a console window.

Of course I can write my own activeX server to do just this, but I was
wondering if
Windows hasn't  any such thing built-in ?
