Losing my mind about a SMP problem.
(the Original discution was in kbmmw newsgroup)
I have an application server witch is highly MultiThreaded.
On a Multi CPU server (with or without HyperThreading), application is
REALLY SLOWER.
I have no disk acces, only network ones.
BUT:
When i use FastMM4 as memoryManager, all works fine.
So, the solution is here but i misenderstand the problem origins.
Is it Delphi memory manager or compiled code or is it an external
factor ?
I need to know in order to can optimize the server and stabilize it.
it seems i need a guru SMP programmer for this :)
