Writing to DVDs

I want to write backups to 3 DVD drives during each day and have
the users swap disks each morning.

Swapping disks (and labelling) is the *only* thing I want the users
to have to do or it will become too much trouble for them.

I haven't got a clue where to start but am guessing I would need to
purchase a library of some sort.

Is it possible to interface to Nero or Roxio (or some other program)?

What do others do in this sort of situation?

Is there a better newsgroup to ask these questions?
