Any way to know that is the PopupMenu on top

Hello,

Is there any way to detect is the popupmenu at topmost position and visible
to the user (or get event when it goes to the background).

I've tryed some Winapi-functions which are used to Windows, but seems that
Popupmenu is not reqular Window. (Can't set it visible or something.

Or is there way to make popupmenu modal, or should I do completelety own
componetnt whish uses TForm.
