Hello all:

    I write an application who starts with windows (XP now).
    My app play a sound and build a list of activities (dates).

    But starts with windows haves a lot of problems because there are some
others apps started at the same time and also the systems need to load too
many things.
    How can I place my app in a waiting state at the time when the resources
are plenty or partially frees.
