Can someone point me to an example that changes the systemmenu of an
application without the application being launched. I just want to be
able to right click on the applications icon within a folder and change
the systemmenu that appears. This type of behaviorial difference can be
found when you right click on the Outlook Icon v/s the MS Explorer icon.
