Hi everyone,
I am trying to write a simple app to determine if the user has
sufficient privileges to install a program on their computer. I am using
Delphi 4, and I can't find any units that contain the Windows Installer API
function declarations. Does anyone know how to get me started on working
with the Windows Installer API?
