I hope I am wrong. I challenge everyone to prove me wrong. It appears that
nobody knows how to send the F5 key ("refresh") as a message to all Windows
Explorer windows. I need to do that so that any device that I add or remove
will be reflected in the existing Explorer windows.
Three people tried sending me an attempt at an answer. I appreciate their
attempts, but they didn't work and I couldn't fix them to make them work.
