I've been searching services, because we want to create a service that
can stop and restart a service. I seen a couple of post of people claiming
to have done so, which means that it can be done hopefully. I've seen Peter
Below's post to search ServiceFrameU, sorry Peter but Mers and Google gave
me nothing except the post to search for "ServiceFrameU" ;)
