lost hotkey - can I find what it's allocated to?

A program used by a client for several years uses Ctrl-Alt-D to deselect
rows in a wwDBGrid. Ctrl-Alt-T selects all rows (French ;-] Tout) Ctrl-Alt-
I Inverts the selection, etc.

He reinstalled XP and all his favourite software after reformatting his
disk, and now all the hotkeys work EXCEPT Ctrl-Alt-D.

I suspect some other program grabbed Ctrl-Alt-D and has perhaps been
uninstalled but didn't remove the hotkey assigment, particularly as this
guy just loves installing / removing all sorts of goodies.

Is it possible to find all allocated hotkey combinations in the current XP
setup?

Thanks for any pointers
