Spammers like to use Indy, and Indy has done a lot of work on the email
components to better support anti-spamming tools.  But I have never heard of
an HTTP server denying a client request based on the UserAgent.  The
UserAgent is used by the server to identify the browser in order to
indentify available features and such.
