This is a really depressing posting to read.

When I was using 9 all I got were comments here that I should be using
10 snapshots. I downloaded that hand had to change a bunch of stuff in
apps to get them running again.

This implies I should have stuck with 9 contrary to the many pieces of
advice given here.

Am I wrong???
