The snapshot I have is gsIdVersion = '10.2.3' and indeed idFTP is dated
September 18, 2007, I was looking in my previous snapshot download.

Yes, FTP is behind a Belkin router / firewall and Vista Pro's firewall.
The uploads always start okay but stall part way through the upload.
It is a very difficult thing to test FTP as faults do not happen on demand
and it can be several hours before the FTP fault condition you are trying to
debug or build an automatic restart for occurs.
