You did not say how you are trying to use SSL in the first place. Which
components are you using together? What settings are you using?

Is that the EXACT error message? Or is it more like "SSL is not available
on this server" instead? If so, then the SSL handshake is failing, which
would suggest your SSL settings are likely not correct for the server you
are trying to connect to.
