Launching the dialer

Hi people,

I must be getting old as I cannot figure a way of launching the
default dialer in XP and Vista from within my app.

Can some one please point me at some code snippets that will launch
the default dialer please.

I have searched and come up with Piette's RAS and TurboPower's also
but I prefer to use the windows one if possible, just so it is more
familiar to the end user, my wife!! <g>
