More news - I examined the 'AHeaders' in the HTTPServerCreatePostStream
event and, sure enough, the TidHTTP client has sent back an Authorization
response, cnonce etc. I have not tried to validate the response yet, but it
is there!
So why does the CommandGet not fire???
