Developer - yes.  Documentation writer - no.  Indy is a massive library, and
a lot of work has gone into it (especially in recent months).  Keeping the
documentation updated is a chore of its own.  Indy used to have a team
dedicated to just documentation, but that does not seem to ber active
anymore.

I'm not the only developer.  There are others, though only one of them
besides myself have been really active lately, and he's focusing more on
cross-platform support issues than actual feature/bug development.

Speak up all you want about them.  I have nothing to do with them, and don't
have any time to work on them even if I could.
