Okay
So the code was failing
After looking on my home machine and discovering that another try at
updating to the latest version was sucessfull (right click componet
says 10.2.3)
I recompiled the code (No changes made)
And it now works
Great News
All thats left is to get the at work machine BDS2006 to indicate the
proper version 10.2.3. and I'm off
Since its the weekend I'll leave that till next week
