Help with Posting To A Web Page

Hi All,

I am not a web guy or much of an Indy guy.  I have a very simply need to
post data to web page.  The internal URL will bring up the form, I just need
to be able to fill in 4 fields and submit the form.

The four fields are:

Name (ID)
Password
Data Field 1
Data Field 2

Press Submit

I am assuming this is probably pretty trivial, but it's greek to me.
