Hello,

Well, after using the wrong component before for the FTP. I got the right
component selected
and it worked fine.

My next issue is: due to the lack of computers by the few older people that
I am doing this for.
I need to have an email option that does not require any configuration other
than the person
entering there email address. What Indy components would be used to do this.
I quess it is
basically having a mail server on the app and the mail client. I am just not
sure which and how
to configure them. I see the IdSMTPServer and the IdSMTP or IdPOP3
components. How
would these be used?

The sole purpose is to send a canned email message whenever the file I
mentioned in my previous
post gets sent. So I just need to be notified by email when the file has
been ftp'd.

Kim
