You are right,
There are some Indy*.bpl in D:\Program Files\Borland\BDS\4.0\Bin\, there
were installed by BDS 2006.
So the remove old Indy include:
1. Remove it from IDE
2. Remove all of the Indy*.bpl in BDS
Install OK now.
