Now it can only bind to IPv4, I hope it can be bind to IPv6 also in near
future.
through now I have done little hack to make IPv6 MultiCast worked.
Another Issue is that Indy 10 winsock 2.2 still can't support Vista
Extended Function such as WSAConnectByName,WSAConnectByList.
