I'm not sure in which group this query is appropriate... but this seems to
be the closest name.
I want to write a "simple" app that will behave like a Pager... it will
catch a call coming over VoIP, do some things and then send a Page back out.
Are there libraries available for Delphi that would make this easier?
Does anyone know, at least, a direction? Where I can start looking? I've
done some googling and found some applications that will do stuff, but what
I really need is a library of components.
