If all that has changed is the firewall, and the passive connections worked
fine before, then the firewall is definately blocking the connections.  You
can verify that be turning off the firewall and try again.

There are not.  There is only one flavor.  Are you absolutely sure that you
are using Passive mode?  The only other possibility is that the IP in the
server's PASV reply is being altered in such a way before reaching TIdFTP
that TIdFTP cannot connect to it anymore.
