I have an easier way. In the \Indy10\Lib\ path there are .bat files.
With a .bat file plus a compiled computil.dpr will install Indy10 with
no problems. Now there is no Delphi10 specific .bat file so I modified
the original .bat files for Delphi10 output. I'll upload a .zip file to
borland.public.attachments with a compiled computil.exe and a
FullD10.bat file so all you have to do is run the .bat file and install
the design time bpls from the IDE.
