TERRY'S STATEMENT
Computer 2 CAN CONNECT TO SERVER on Computer 1 when running
as a normal windows application.
YOUR STATEMENT
According to Terry's own description, Computer 1 is able to make
outbound connections, BUT NOT ACCEPT INBOUND.
DO YOU STILL INSIST THAT YOU ARE RIGHT ?
If yes then sorry Gambit, I can NOT help you anymore.
