Once in a while every few houres my internet stops functioning for a few
seconds.
I see it on my SKYPE and Mesenger icons which changes the colors.
I suspect a program on my XP trys to update and than close
the internet and reopen it.
I would like to write a delphi program to fined out which program does
this.
Any ideas how to go about it and better yet any program source to do that on
the inetrnet?
P.S I tried using programs Tcpview.exe or Ethereal but it does not help.
