I said that technically (per the RFC), all examples are allowed. I just
meant that such entries hint at spam. 99% of all legit email I get are from
people who send via their provider's mail server. (and those who don't, use
a 3rd party MTA with authentication (which would be evident somewhere in
the MTA food chain))
