Yes, but before writing an algorithm myself, I thought I'd ask for
something ready made. It would take a bit of research I guess...

Sure that it can't be 100% accurate, but it would be enough if the
algorithm could make a guess.

There are strange names in Switzerland too.
Like "Gygax", the name of a player of our national soccer team. ;-)
