If you are referring to Borland selling off all of its IDE products, then I
guess you haven't been to BDN lately. Borland is spawning off a new company
to manage the IDEs (codenamed "DevCo" for now). People have already started
being hired, or being brought over from the existing Borland teams, to run
it.
