Happens regularly on D6, XP with overlapped windows on a single monitor. If
I arrange D6 on one monitor and threaded applications on another such that
debug windows do not overlap then the problem goes away. During a 'freeze',
even the task manager cannot repaint. Leave the box alone for 1-5 minutes
and it recovers on it's own.
