Thanks for your reply.

I had some minor problems, for which I thought a sample app would be
better than asking many questions, but meanwhile solved most of them,
e.g.
- No more 'OnNoCommandHandler'
- Filling IdMessage with raw text only from file or stream, not from
TStrings.Text, while IdMessage.Headers.Text, ~.Body.~ etc. exist.

Additionally I came across the atozed server, where you contributed a
lot.
