IdCoderTNEF has not been updated in a long time.
IdFTP was updated awhile ago with the rest of the main library. It no
longer uses TIdStreamVCL at all.
TIdIOHandlerChain is part of the SuperCore package, not the Protocols
package. But it was also updated awhile ago.
It would seem that you did not download the absolute latest code afterall.
