Sorry for restarting this thread once again but the responses I've had have
both times requested the version number and then when I give it no one
responds to the problem. It's kind of a tease.  You know it but you wont'
tell me. So, to restate:

Indy 9.0.1761.22408, Delphi 05 update 3.

When I use Indy IdSMTP to connect and send mail, the time zone seems to be
off and I can't find a place to set it.  It doesn't matter which server I
connect to and which machine it's run on, the mails com in with the header
entry,

Date: Tue, 1 Nov 2005 08:29:01 +0800

When it should be -0800 (California). This makes the spam filters
suspicious. Does anyone
know how to set it to the correct time zone? Strangely it was +0700 during
Daylight Saving Time.

Thanks!

Del

P.S. Please, if I've left some information out, check back for the answer.
The spam filters are eating my emails up because they are, from the filter's
point of view, taking sixteen hours to get out.
