TIdNNTP TIdMessage.From.Name utf 8 ?

I'm using the Indy TIdNNTP component to read messages from a newsgroup
server. Something I've noticed is that occasionally I get a garbled
from-name - TIdMessage.From.Name doesn't return me a name like I would
expect but something garbled like:

    "=?Utf-8?B?QWRyaWFuIH4gRm9vYmFyU29mdHdhcmUuY29t?="

I'm assuming from the fact that "Utf-8" always appears at the start of this,
that I need to be doing some converting. Any ideas or pointers?
